The TS-20W ultrasonic wire splicer offers an entry level welding experience for all types of customers. The unit features a built in touchscreen monitor within the controller making the product user friendly. The machine’s weld capabilities cover a large range of cross-section sizes running from 0.05mm² to 32mm². In addition, it provides numerous benefits over traditional welding methods. Thus, ultrasonic wire splicer is a one-step splice machine for joining non-ferrous metals. No heat is applied and there are no consumables or connectors needed.
