Tech-Sonic’s ultrasonic metal tube sealer model TS-20TS-EX Plus “Explosion Proof” provides a solution for a large array of metal tube sealing applications. The TS-20TS-EX Plus utilizes a one-step weld and cut process.
This TS-20TS-EX Plus ultrasonic metal tube sealer is approved to work with flammable refrigerants. It is compatible with the EPA – Mandated HCFC phase out and the Clean Air Act and can be used with iso-butane refrigerant (Directive 2014/34/EV). In addition, it is compatible with Hydrocarbons, Hydrofluorocarbons, and ammonia refrigerant alternatives.
The TS-20TS-EX Plus eliminates any unsafe gas accumulation through electric startup while remaining continuously active while powered up and meets governmental certification TPS 23 ATX122422 0001X.
